Hepatitis B Virus (HBV) Quantitative Detection Kit (Real-time PCR)

Chronic HBV infection remains a major global public health problem.

Guidelines for the prevention, Care and treatment of persons with chronic hepatitis B infection from WHO in 2015 states that serum HBV DNA concentration qualified by real-time polymerase chain reaction (PCR) is associated with disease progression and can be used to distinguish active HB3Ag-negative disease from inactive chronic infection, as well as determine treatment and follow-up monitoring.

HBV DNA quantification: it is mainly used to evaluate virus replication level of HBV infected persons and is an important indicator for the selection of indications and the judgement of efficacy of antiviral therapy. In the course of antiviral therapy, acquiring virology response could significantly control the progression of cirrhosis and reduce the risk of HCC.

[Intended Use]

ultrassay HBV Real Time PCR test kit is used for vitro quantitative detection of hepatitis B virus nucleic acid in human serum samples.

[Advantage]

  • Professional: Nucleic Acid Test is the “gold standard” for Virus Detection
  • Specificity: No cross-reaction with other fusion genes.
  • Sensitivity: The minimum limit of quantification is 50IU/ml, and the minimum detection is 25IU/ml.
  • Reliability: Whole process quality control of internal, negative and positive control.
